Pilates Based Core Strengthening  

STAR is now offering Pilates classes. The classes will be taught by Kali Spoto and Amy Christello. Kali and Amy have been trained in Stott Pilates.

  • Increases core strength, stability, coordination and flexibility
  • Creates longer and leaner muscles
  • Heightens body awareness
  • Can be customized to suit everyone from post rehab patients to elite athletes
