SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM

Sports Performance Training Includes:

• Every athlete is put through a functional movement screen and assessment
• Training to enhance speed, agility, power, strength, conditioning and flexibility
• Dedictated to reduce the risk of injury
• Individualized sports training programs
• Move, Look and Feel better

 

Our program is unique and not duplicated in the Rochester area

All athletes entering the program undergo a "Functional Movement Screen and Assessment" used to evaluate movement pattern quality. The FMS is designed to demonstrate limitations or asymmetries in healthy individuals
with respect to basic movement patterns. After the FMS, an individualized program is written for each athlete to enhance speed, power, strength and flexibility.
