He was very good about explaining everything he recommended and always asked whether each movement caused pain before continuing on to the next one. He took the time to not only check pain level and range-of-motion, but he also talked to me about my history, concerns, hopes for PT, normal activities, and lifestyle. He really cares about helping people get better. The PT itself was very individualized, stressing the importance of stopping an exercise if it were to become painful (to avoid further injury). I had a ruptured spinal disc, constant pain, and limited mobility. They created a succession of exercises to reset the vertebrae, re-build muscle strength around the injury, restore some flexibility, and crafted daily maintenance exercises to stay pain free and mobile. I left therapy pain free and a year afterwards, I am pain free and active. These folks know body mechanics, and they are professional and caring in their interactions with patients. ”
