The STAR Physical Therapy practice has been serving the Greater Rochester communities since 1982. We have grown to become one of the largest private practice of physical therapy in the greater Rochester area.

We utilize functional outcomes to guide the progression of our rehabilitation programs. We accept all physical therapy patients, within the realm of our expertise, however we specialize in spine, extremity and post-surgical rehabilitation.

STAR Physical Therapy encompasses 8,000 square feet of a modern, one level, handicapped accessible building. We offer private treatment rooms and state of the art equipment, which is regularly inspected to comply with all Medicare guidelines.
At our new location in the town of Greece, we will be providing the same level of service you have grown to expect during our 21 years of practice. Although our new office is smaller it will be fully equipped. Our expansion plans include a fitness center and aquatic facility. FITNESS/POOL MEMBER INFO.... Our central administration building and original location is located at the corners of Route 250 and Ayrault Road in Fairport, NY.
